Need to follow the directions that come with the bottle, do not take short cuts. I did not clean the bottle before first use and I could taste a plastic taste for the first three bottles. Decided to wash the bottle and cap after the third time. Now the plastic taste has gone away. Well made quality item and produces a higher amount of hydrogen than the other brands. Not one of the cheaper hydrogen bottles out there — I reasoned you get what you pay for and plunged for this one.

I tried at least four of these hydrogen bottles, and this is the only one that really works and holds the hydrogen (till you drink it). The other models have hardly any hydrogen content at all. I purchased the liquid and the hydrogen tester for verification. This bottle has a beautiful hiss when you open it — and that's how you know without testing it that it has hydrogen in it! Also, I have been using it for months and the hiss is just as good now as it was new!

After a week of using mine I am mostly happy with the device. It claims impressive scientific lab certifications and appears to be a well made quality product. Although subtle, I am noticing positive changes in my health. I do think the battery runs down faster than it should. I've had to occasionally adjust the tightness on the bottle as there was some leakage — my fix was to fill the bottle with water, and if it was leaking, just adjusting the tightness fixed the issue. Hoping it lasts a long time.
